In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification ¬˝0 ‚0 278/One-1-2011-9-1(1)-2010-07, datedLucknow, October 14, 2011 :

In exercise of the powers under sections 128 and 344 of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 read with section 127-B of said section and section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (Act No. 1 of 1904) (U.P. Act No. 1 of 1951), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952.

The Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms
(Nineteenth Amendment) Rules, 2011

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms (Nineteenth Amendment) Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication.

2. Amendment of Rule 114.—In the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952, in rule 114, in sub-rule (4) for clause (e) set out in column-I below the clause as set out in column-II shall be substituted namely—

(3) For the court of the Commissioner, the Additional Commissioner, Deputy Director, Joint Director and Director of Consolidation—                                                                Rs. 32/-

(4) For the Board of Revenue, U.P.—

Provided that the Collector or the Government may  in exceptional or intricate cases requiring a abnormal time and labour allow a higher fee subject to the following maximum—
